Failure to provide necessary information or access may result in delays or service suspension.
3. Fees and Payment

Payments must be made through the approved payment gateway within the stipulated timeframe (typically 14 days unless otherwise specified).

Late payments are subject to penalties as described in our Payment Policy.

Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Service Delivery and Turnaround Time

Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., incomplete client data) will be communicated promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability

eGrowth Accountants is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

Clients are advised to review and approve all deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice.

eGrowth Accountants reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and access to deliverables will be provided once payments are complete.

10. Governing Law
